At ROZALLIE, we operate as a small private business and do not have partnerships with shipping companies that provide free delivery or free return services. For this reason, we pay your shipping fees upfront for every order, and these fees are non-refundable in cases of order cancellation or refusal upon delivery.

To maintain a smooth and fair process for all our customers, we have implemented a deposit policy on all orders.

Why We Require a Deposit

Over the past period, we faced repeated situations where customers canceled their orders for personal reasons after the courier attempted delivery. Common reasons included:

• “I changed my mind”

• “I’m not home”

• “I bought the items offline instead”

• Expecting the courier to arrive within a very limited time window

• Refusing the shipment without a valid reason

Unfortunately, in more than 80% of these cases, customers also refused to pay the shipping costs we already covered on their behalf.
These repeated issues result in financial losses, wasted packaging materials, and lost working hours.

How the Deposit Works

• A minimum deposit of 85 EGP (or the required shipping amount shown at checkout) is applied to all orders.

• This deposit covers the shipping fee we pay in advance.

• If the order is canceled or refused upon delivery, the shipping fee cannot be refunded, as we have already paid the courier.

Regarding Order Delivery

• Orders cannot be split. You may accept the full order and request a replacement only for any item that arrives broken or damaged.

• Replacements for damaged items are free of charge, and no extra fees will be requested if damage occurred during delivery.

Made-to-Order Products Policy

Some ROZALLIE products are custom-made upon request, such as:
Cushions – Runners – Frames – Curtains – Table Covers
Because these items are produced specifically according to your preferred sizes, fabrics, and colors, an additional deposit is required to confirm and start processing the order.

Additional Deposit Details

• An extra deposit is required for all made-to-order items at the time of order confirmation.

• This deposit is essential for securing materials and starting production.

• The deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled after production has begun, as time and materials will already be allocated to your custom request.

• The remaining balance is paid upon delivery or according to your selected payment method.

• Production time for made-to-order items may vary depending on the product type.

• All measurements and color choices will be confirmed with the customer before starting production to ensure accuracy.

• In the event of any mistake from our side regarding size or production, we will correct or replace the item free of charge.
