REFUND POLICY
General Return Policy
At ROZALLIE, most of our products are handcrafted or made-to-order specifically based on your chosen sizes, colors, and materials.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds on any custom-made or personalized items, unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
2. Orders with Shipping Deposit Only
Orders that include shipping deposit only (non–made-to-order items) may be returned with the courier at the moment of delivery only if the customer decides not to receive the order.
In this case, the shipping fee remains non-refundable, as it is paid in advance on your behalf.
After the courier leaves, returns will no longer be accepted.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged

The item has a manufacturing defect

The customer received the wrong item
In these cases, ROZALLIE will handle the replacement at no extra cost.
No refunds or exchanges are provided for:

Custom-made products (cushions, runners, fringes, curtains, table covers, etc.)

Sale items
4. Damage & Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect product, please contact us on the same day of receipt with clear photos so we can assess the issue and replace the item promptly.

Once the delivery representative leaves, no refund or replacement can be requested unless the product was proven damaged or defective at delivery time.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on courier schedules and operational load.
